6. Account & Billing

Our ISP Broadband Customers can log in to their accounts and maintain their respective billing from their respective IDs provided to them during installation. To retrieve lost IDs please verify your Identity over Phone / Physical Visit. The phone numbers are mentioned and updated from time to time on the website's contact us page.

Enterprise Internet Customers are required to adhere to their prescribed escalation matrix provided to them over the welsome mail. The matrix has provisions for mail as well as phone based log maintenance.

Enterprise Software customers are always assigned a specific account manager for each project. This is mentiones on the welcome mail at the time of project creation. The lead developer and administrators are both mentioned on the same.
